Im Bad hätten zusätzliche Handtuchhaken vorhanden sein sollen, damit alle Personen ihr Duschtuch bzw. Handtuch hätten anhängen können. Insgesamt hätten das etwas und die Schlafzimmer etwas größer sein können."

"Die Unterkunft ist für 6 Personen ausgeschrieben, das wird jedoch eng. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich außerhalb, die Matratzen waren gewöhnungsbedürftig und teilweise dreckig. Die Unterkunft war nicht wirklich sauber, wir mussten diverse lange blonde Haare entfernen, von der Couch, aus der Müslischüssel etc. Handtücher und Bettzeug waren nicht inklusive, das stellte uns vor Herausforderungen. Die Unterkunft war jedoch besonders ruhig gelegen. "

"Es gab keinen Kontakt direkt zum Gastgeber, nur zu Mitarbeitern von Campaya, das macht es sehr unpersönlich.Mir wurde eine sofortige Stornierung angedroht und Einbehaltung der ersten Rate, weil die 2\. Rate nicht sofort ankam, wegen eines Fehlers, der nicht bei mir lag.Campaya ist nur bis 15h erreichbar, schreibt aber selbst Nachrichten nach dieser Zeit, ohne dass man als Kunde darauf zeitnah reagieren kann.Im Haus gab es entscheidende Mängel: undichte Fenster, was sehr hohe Energiekosten...
