"The property was beautiful and very clean. The pool and patio were absolutely awesome and very relaxing. The property was maintained on a regular basis by a pool and landscape services. We had an issue with the washing machine leaking and the owner was contacted and promptly fixed the issue which was greatly appreciated. Future recommendations would be beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. We headed to a couple beaches in the area and beach chairs would be a welcome addition. The kayaks in the listing were not there which we were looking forward to. All in all this home was a wonderful place to stay and we would recommend it and stay again in the future."

"Kinda of a short notice fishing trip to the keys. 4 guys from E Central FL. Picked the Rita Casa for the beds and convenience to KCB offers. Although the Wind kept us close to shore most days. Kitchen is stocked, beds, screened patio and tiki hut. ** only 2 misses- which were the ice machine was inop and not many knives for chopping meat and veggies. Otherwise we were great and she texted us on arrival about issues. "

"We were thrilled to bring our fur-baby along-the location beside the canal was fantastic. I enjoyed laying in the lounge chairs canal-side while my kiddos fished from the dock. The home was clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals there. Alex was a friendly host and responded promptly to all inquiries. We would love to return!"

"The condo was very comfortable. Everything about the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms was well-kept. The living room has a great TV. Our favorite spot was the porch. It overlooks the water and is surrounded by palm trees. We sat outside and watched pelicans and seagulls. It was very relaxing. And Key Colony Beach is an exceptional neighborhood. We will definitely stay in this condo again in the future."
