No reception- we were emailed door codes. Room was fine but lacked curtains or good blinds so it was very light. Restaurant was shut on the Monday we were there though there were other options in town. Parking could be a little tricky but we got lucky. Town and local park / lake / peninsula are very walkable.
Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room through them and the hotel said it was only a part payment and have tried to bill me £96 on top of the origional bill
