“フルーツの種類が少なかったけど、スタッフの対応は素晴らしかった。絶えずゲストに目配りをしていて、私の例としては、ムースをテーブルの上に置いていたが、スプーンを取り忘れていたら、スタッフはそれに気づき、「スプーン必要ですよね」とスプーンを差し出した。この様な神対応は50年間で初めてだった。”

“軽井沢駅からのアクセスも良く、一本奥へ入った静かな木立の中に位置するので、静かな軽井沢の雰囲気を満喫できます。今回は朝食付プランでしたが、サラダの野菜がとても新鮮で、パンやスープ、そのほかの料理もとてもクオリティが高く美味しくて、今まで宿泊した国内ホテルの中々ではここが一番です。 帰りに妻が部屋に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、親切に自宅まで送っていただき、本当にお世話になりました。次回は夕食付でリピートしたいです。施設も整備が行き届いていて、素敵なホテルです。”

“Since the moment I arrived at the hotel, the service was disorganized and discourteous. I arrived with a private driver and was instructed to remain in the car because there were too many guests checking in. Staff wanted us to wait in the parking area, and I had to request to speak with a manager because my driver needed to leave and I could not simply remain outside waiting. After reaching reception, I asked about the hotel services and was informed that dinner reservations were required....

“The rooms booked were quiet and spacious. They were clean and tidy. Breakfast was wonderful as it was delivered directly to room and the food was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly and they could speak English. Hotel location is perfect which is only 5-7 min away from JR station by walk and 2 convenience stores are next to hotel. There is only 1 comment about the room setting: the bed is too close to the window and there is no heater near the window, so the cold air flows in the room...

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with Old Karuizawa Ginza Street right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to explore. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the organic-smelling toiletries. Staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. “It is a very amazing property. When you walk in the lobby is a bit outdated. But once you get into the guest room. It is amazingly clean. The staffs are all super friendly and the owners are amazing and very accommodating! Top notch!! Will definitely stay again if given the chance.”
