"We arrived and booked a room for the night. Upon checking the room we had found what appeared to be a tiny scale with disturbing white powders on it. We immediately left and reported it to the front desk, and she gave us a new room. However, the new room was not much cleaner as there was hairs on the pillows, and dust all over the nightstands and the floors were not the cleanest. As well as the new room appeared to have vomit on the side of the toilet bowl that was not fully cleaned up properly."

"Finding the front of the property and the parking garage was difficult at night. The front of the property does not face the street that the street address is on and there is not a large or lit sign directing you to turn into a driveway to get to it. When we were able to contact the help number the person was helpful by sending us a video how to get into the garage so we figured out where to go after that. "

"For some reason they gave me a room for handicapped. So the good thing is that the room was spacious, but the bad thing is that the washroom shower was not leveled, which means that the water spread all through the floor of the washroom. I did not enjoy walking in a flooded washroom. Everything else was good."
