“I booked this for my husband's 60th birthday my two adult kids my sons wife and our little dog came. Our host was attentive and answered all of our questions for the whole time we were there. “I am rather disappointed with Expedia and the management of this hotel. I wasn't able to access anyone to give me proper information and directions to the location initially, only useless ai chat bots.
I couldn't get either Expedia or verbo to connect me with anyone there at the location. Both said the other party was responsible and couldn't get a clear direction to arrive safely. My party drove across the border and it put great stress on us.

“A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!”
