"Communication could have been smoother for an after hours arrival that was noted in the booking, but check in was super easy when we got there. Place was tidy and had everything in the description. Comfortable (firm) mattress. Parking was incredibly convenient and easy. Lost key charge is $100, which is excessive."

"This property is extremely clean, well appointed and sits right on a private beach. It is near public access points but sits on a less crowded beach on the Atlantic Ocean. The views are gorgeous. The waves are great for swimming and some low wave surfing. The beach is cleaned and patrolled by lifeguards. If your purpose is to hear the waves of the ocean, swim and sun, this is the place for you. Also the property has a porch with a couch and a swing for reading and a picnic table to dine on the deck. The beds are comfortable. 2 bathrooms with showers. Everything was great."

"I will start by saying that with EVERY beach house there will be flaws. So I’m not going to focus on that. We had a great stay above all else. The house stayed cool to our liking unlike other beach houses we’ve rented where the HVAC unit struggled to get even below 80 in the house. The pool was amazing and stayed clean. Same with the hot tub. The bikes were great for the kids and adults alike! The neighborhood is quiet and exactly what we needed. Cops had to go to a house below us for an altercation- but that’s beach life. There was a dog next door that barked some- however wasn’t disturbing to our peace and quiet. (And that house may have been a rental also). The go carts were an awesome bonus! We enjoyed those and touring the beautiful little town of Duck. I saw some reviews about the televisions not working- I think that’s an internet issue- however we didn’t address it because we didn’t go to watch tv. There was a PLENTY of room for our party of 10. Plenty. We all had the space to find our own peace and quiet when we needed the time to just chill. Kitchen was very nicely stocked. We did not use the coffee pots and bought one instead as the pots there were kind of dirty. Again- not a deal breaker at all. Host seems to be nice people- and were made aware of some issues- again not deal breakers for us. All in all- a great stay."

"The value for your money for this property is absolutely fantastic. We rented a two room suite and it was perfect for our family of four. It is definitely dated and feels like you walked into your grandparents house from the 90s but it was immaculately clean and comfortable. We didn't actually get a a chance to use any of the amenities but they were GREAT. The daily activities were a really nice surprise as well. It is hard to find fault with this stay but if I had to, it would just be that there were not a lot of places to hang wet towels etc since you can't hang them on the balcony. Also, they are a bit thin so we could hear the fan in the bathroom below our room but couldn't really hear any other noises. None of this would stop us from booking again!"
