Booked a handicap room and had to go up to the second floor. Very inconvenient. The room was odd. The bed closest to the air conditioner did not have much room on the ac sude to walk. I like close to the ac because I get hot. There was no nightstands on the outsides of the beds just between the beds. Bathroom was not cleaned very well as there was debris and hair on the floor and in the tub. This is so unlike other Hampton Inns that ai am used to.

The staff who checked me in were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The area has plenty of restaurants close by to get a meal if needed. A nice bonus is they offer free coffee and bottled water all day long.

Our stay at Hampton Inn Knoxville/Clinton was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! The hotel was spotless, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms were clean, modern, and relaxing, with cozy beds that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well-stocked, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel felt peaceful and inviting. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service — every interaction made us feel valued and appreciated as guests. The gym was excellent with towels provided in the gym and all the equipment you would need. Restaurants are close but would recommend driving since there are no sidewalks in the area. The Museum of Appalachia is just a few mileseast and is highly recommended. Just wear your walking shoes.
