“Nice hotel, very near to Central mall and night market. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However, it’s a bit inconvenient that only Android phones can be connected to TV, not for iPhones. Also, the sauna and jacuzzi close too early 😅”

Hotel staffs- all staffs are so friendly and warm. Like a family. With warmest smile every time I pass the entrance. The pool at rooftop- there is so beautiful view at rooftop. I can said it kind of spa more than pool.”

“On the last night, your staff were rude and unfriendly to my girlfriend; she felt disrespected and was left in tears in our room. I wanted to lodge a complaint, but there was no manager on duty, and I was unable to find one to speak to before I checked out the next day. I will not be returning.”

“The location is excellent, close to the beach, and the price is quite reasonable. There's a large shopping mall just 100 meters away. The pool and courtyard are also very beautiful and relaxing. The only drawback is that the hotel toilet facilities are rather outdated. It is more dangerous for the elderly to step into the bathtub to take a bath.”
