“Even though we only stayed there one night, it was such a pleasant experience. The bed was the best thing. It felt like sleeping on a cloud. The check in staff Ajju and Amal (I think that’s their names) were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet opened a little past said time but the food was delicious. “Checkin was good, we requested early checkin and they provided, appreciate that. Rooms were good and spacious, toilet can be more cleaner. Breakfast spread was good, taste also adequate. Coming to the lifts, only 3 lifts are there and some of them does not have all the buttons working, also at some point the card stopped working, not a single case, I heard many people complaining about lifts.. so frustrating, so much time was spend around lifts. Overall I feel this as a 4 star considering all……
