“Very nice and helpful staff.”

“Good”

“Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. The waterfall hike is a must and I also enjoyed the first and second nature walks. It offers round trip transportation to Lumbur Hills National Park for 10 ringgit each way if you don’t...

“Professional staff. Very well taken care of”

“Room is a bit small but new and clean. Bathroom floor is slippery if not careful.”

“First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. ”

“The hotel is in a strip mall shopping complex which is convenient if you want/need to buy food/snacks and also to do laundry. The place is about a 25 minute walk from the airport — no sidewalks though. It’s adequate for a night stay since it’s close to the airport but not near any other activities you may want to do in Miri walking wise. The check in/out was good and the wifi works. The rooms are a walk-up so be mindful if carrying a lot in roller bags. Overall, would stay again for a...
