"We had an absolutely brilliant family holiday for a week over New Year! Everything was so easy, with special thanks to our hotel ‘connector’ who organised all of our wishes and was super responsive! No ask was too much. The food options were excellent, hotel comfortable and family friendly…. With something to do for all ages. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve come across in luxury hotels and paid attention to all the fine details. The New Years Eve gala was quite impressive - the largest spread of all types of food, from grilled lobster, crab and oyster bar, sushi, Indian, freshly made papaya salad to name a few!! The band and fireworks were fantastic and the service was excellent for such a large event. Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay so fabulous and memorable!"

"The Baros Island is beautiful and has an amazing house reef, with plenty of sharks, turtles, rays and an amazing array of beautiful fish. The resort in parts is a little tired and but the management are on the case. The food and service were first class and made for an delightful two weeks. Our host Shinta was excellent, no request was too much trouble and she was on hand to assist with any issues that arose. A special mention to Keeth in F&B his dedication to service and guest care were excellent. As was Chef Lakshitha in his warm hospitality and wonderful menus/creations. "

"The room was always spotless thanks to our room boy Rofikel, the food was consistently good and the restaurants were very tasty and fun. The entertainment options were plenty and we definitely had fun as well as enough time to relax. The spa was very relaxing and well worth the price. All the staff was amazing, kind, helpful and positive all the rime, truly an wonderful experience I would highly recommend."
