El hotel no tiene una buena atención al cliente. A pesar de tratarse de dos adultos mayores, con algunas dificultades de movilidad, no nos ofrecieron ayuda para el traslado de las maletas. Ese es un ejemplo, en general, el trato no es el más qpropiado.
