“This is a beautiful apartment right in the center of walking distance to everything. Although is was in the center of Rome, it was fairly quiet as it is up above the street noise. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are newly renovated with towel heaters. There are heatpumps to cool the apartment down if needed but we visited in October so we did not need that ammenity. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine. The outdoor patio is lovely. Our hosts Elisa……

“We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. ”

“If I could give this home and host 6/5 stars, I would!!! One of the best stays we’ve ever experienced. Benny was extremely communicative, kind, proactive, flexible and accommodating. The apartment was in pristine condition and fully stocked with paper towels, soaps, teas, umbrellas and many other helpful items. The location is excellent - very close to many restaurants and shop options. Although there is no in-unit washer, it is right next to a reasonably priced laundromat. If you enjoy walking,……

“Wonderful location, just a few blocks away from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. There were lots of great restaurants and a grocery store within a few-minutes walk of the flat. Our host, Marmi, was wonderful. She quickly responded to all of our questions and needs; she even arranged two great days with a private tour guide on short notice. We would definitely stay here again. ”

"We had a Privilege, Double Room.
Like:
- The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons
- Toilet was ok sized
- Room size was pretty sizable too
- The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat
- bar up at roof was reasonably priced too
- close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk
Did not like:
- hotel is a bit dated interior
- the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall
- a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking and brushing teeth are paper cups
- not a cheap hotel price wise
No comment:
- did not try the food
So overall I think the hotel is ok but if we had more time to search we may look for another one.
