“Having only a few guests at an all-inclusive hotel could have felt strange – but here it felt exclusive instead. A four-course set menu for both lunch and dinner, wine with the meals, an open bar, and staff delivering service as if the hotel were fully booked. So much heart. “We had such a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Durrës and genuinely couldn’t fault the service from the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, but a special thank you has to go to Hergi at reception and Ankur, the restaurant manager. Both were so polite, kind and always happy to help with recommendations for local restaurants, bars and things to do, which made exploring the area so much easier.

“This hotel is on a quieter location in golem, although this means it’s also very close to the motorway. My room faced the motorway and if I had my balcony door open it was loud however once the door was closed the noise disappeared.
The room was extremely comfortable and did look like the photos on Expedia. The hotel also had a small pool and around 5 sun loungers. The pool and sun loungers were in the shade for long periods of the day but between midday and 3pm the pool got the sun (I stayed……

“We got best family room (501) with sea view though balcony was quite small. Hitel was very clean and staff are very friendly especially receptionist called "Suadia"...young passionate with smile at work.
Hotel does not have great amenities except for outdoor pool which we couldn't use it as it was cold in start of April !!
Location wise its excellent as on the beach and away from Durres city buzz. ”
