My husband said the bed was a bit stiff for him, but it didnt bother me too much. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was a great, average hotel breakfast. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The workout room was outstanding. Staff was friendly. When we entered the room it smelled clean. Bathroom was cleaner than average which was very nice. Sheets were nice and clean. The carpet did have a couple dead ladybugs and a dead fly plus some crumbs. A few crumbs were in the lounge chair. Vacuuming could have been a little better. Overall happy with the room. Game room was a nice bonus. Pool and hot tub were nice options, although pool room was a little dated. Overall a nice experience I would recommend to others and I would stay here again. Conveniently located near Santa's Village. We stayed in the main building, I have read other reviews that stated to make sure you ask to stay in the main building. There are also detached rooms across the street. I believe you can also request a mountainview room. Coffee was good!
