“Cozy, clean cabin in the mountains. Warm and welcoming. The hosts have thought of everything to make this a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend to family and friends. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The Smokies are about a 2 hr drive, making it a nice day trip. ”

“Loved the location. Owner was responsive to any questions we had. Private with nice patio to hang out on day or evening. Close to town and other attractions.”

“Absolutely breathtaking views and amazing wildlife! This little hidden gem offers everything you could ask for out of a getaway! We had no problems with finding the place, but it is definitely a one car road so be mindful of those directions! It got cool on us a couple nights while we were there, we wished we could've used the fireplace in the living room but we didn't. Overall an absolutely amazing experience! Looking to be able to bring our family out!”

“We were there 9/9-9/12 and had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The weather was perfect and my husband caught a few fish. The lily pads that filled the pond in 2023 had been thoroughly cleaned out which made the fishing more enjoyable. We also appreciated the pictures showing the directions at the end of Bowater. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us too. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with....

“This place was amazing. Big enough for a family of 8 adults and 4 kids. Enough room for everyone to have their own space. The house was clean, the owners are easy to reach and respond immediately to any questions. The house is in the woods and the surrounding area is gorgeous. I highly recommend for any large family. I would definitely book this house again!!!!! ”

I loved that there were step stools for short people like me ;) so many little touches that just let you know they truly care that you enjoy their home and your stay Make sure to follow the GPS to Norma Rd when coming in, it’s MUCH easier than the first turn off. ”

“Get away from busy life and stay in a unique and comfortable and enjoyable treehouse. Camping style living but very comfortable in the treehouse with good ac. Grilled out and had a campfire. Slept well ”

“Wonderful location! This small house is secluded but in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of hikes nearby, and the cabarn was the perfect comfortable environment to come back to after a full, tiring day. We will return to it next time we need a place in this area.”
