“We spent 3 days in the "cowshed" room at Le Bois Gautier. The accommodation was very spacious with a full kitchen and a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We received a warm welcome from the new owner Bill who had prepared a log fire for our arrival, this made the accommodation very cosy and was a great touch. Bill had also brought some snacks/breakfast for us. The place was gorgeous, and very quiet, being in the middle of the countryside. It is located about 30 min drive from the scenic town……

“I arrived late and found the reception was closed. I kept knocking the door for 15min until the receptionist noticed me while she was drinking with her friend in the shop nearby. I was given a room with bed of 3 legs only. It couldn’t even stand on the floor. The mattress, bed sheet, blanket, and towels were used and placed on the floor with strong smell. I reached out to the receptionist to change for another room. The other room was also smelly and dirty. But at least it got a bed that……

“Everything was tidy and neat, the service was spectacular and they organize according to your need which I believe gives it a special touch. I really enjoyed my stay and left fully satisfied with everything, from the house to the staff. ”

“Hotellet erbjöd lunchmat när vi anlände trots att det var stängt, maten förträfflig och servicen likaså. Hotellet ligger lite i utkanten men passar bra för cyklister som oss. enda nackdelen var att rummet endast hade fläkt inte AC och det var mycket varmt under vår vistelse. Fantastisk trädgård för relax eller en kopp thé”
