This home (entire flat) offers everything with no comprimise: 1\. Nothing between you and the beach (only a few meters from the sand) 2\. Super clean 3\. All the restaurants, pubs, and nighclubs, only a couple of minutes walk on the famous Makenzy Beach boardwalk strip 4\. Less than 10 Minutes to the airport 5\. About 25 Minutes walk to the center of town 6\. Free gated parking 7\. Balconies with seaview 8\. Fully equipped with A/C, Washer, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Oven/cooktop ... Separate kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one used for storage only), full bathroom with tub, 2 balconies, free gated parking. On the first floor which can be advantageous in case of lift interruptions which can be quite frequent during the Motion sensor and contact burglars alarms on every door and window. Extra electricity usage fees: 29 Euro cents per kWh for usage in excess of 19 kWh per day.
