"Muy sencillo pero no hace faltara más. Habitación limpia, baño limpio y cómodo con plato de ducha nuevo. La cama cómoda pero el único inconveniente es que estaba casi pegada a la pared por los pies y no se podía pasar. Bien insonorizada."

"The location is excellent. Near Atocha station, Prado, parks. Food is plentiful. The staff was polite enough and gave good into to keys checkout etc. the room needed more deep cleaning and was rather warm. The shower was very tight with VERY limited ability to move about. "

"This place is definitely for location, location , location!! The building is next to Plaza Santiago which was great to stop for Rioja and tapas and has a small church! It’s near Opera metro stop, walking distance to everything and next to the Royal Palace! The staff is so nice and they allow you to place your luggage at their offices if you need time to wander Madrid before or after check in. My only issue is the shower was a little difficult to figure out lol but that’s probably an American...
