I called the day before to confirm and they said my room would be ready by 2 (an hour early). When I arrived at 3:30, (3 o’clock is check in) it was not ready and the front desk didn’t know how long it would be. They told me if I paid an extra $100 they could get me in right away (for a better room supposedly). I couldn’t have my family standing around and we had all of our luggage, so was out of options. I paid the $100. Once I got into the room, it was the same exact room that I paid for originally(deluxe king suite). I felt
Like I got taken for an additional $100. I was a bit upset, but it was what it was. We had a great time and the hotel was nice as always. I don’t know if I will book again after what happened, but I may. I guess time will tell. We usually stay at the Venetian when we go to Vegas but……
