MGM Grand Garden Arena Tours and Activities

We arrived at 3pm because our reservation stated that was check-in, only to be told that check-in was at 4:30 and we’d have to pay extra (there was a long line of people waiting to check in, what a scam) For the price you pay you get 1/2 a shower door (no lie, only 1/2), 2 inches of closet - inside the bathroom!! - that’s largely taken up by the ironing board, no refrigerator, no microwave, and a view of hotel walls. We were there from Sunday to Friday and the trash was only picked up once. On the one day housekeeping came in, they turned on the recessed lighting behind the bed; when we couldn’t find the switch to turn it off, I called the front desk who said they had no idea where it was and put in a maintenance ticket, but she had no idea what time they would be there. We had been out all day, it was 9:30pm and I didn’t want someone at the door at midnight so I kept looking and found it @ 5-10 minutes later, called back to the desk who literally laughed at me and said yes, that’s where the switch was. This was a family trip; I was just there last month for work and stayed at Horseshoe, it was much better. If I were to go back to Vegas I would not stay at this hotel.

I stayed north side...1F front elevator there is Tour booth that i asked him about North ir South building ?. He ignore when i asked hin then he said "Do you speak english?" I said "yes!" Then he said ask to front desj!.". He face really looked down me.. I can tell and He acting ... Very uncomfortable experianced.

Great location, spacious rooms, and amazing dining options. This was my first time in Vegas and I know that I’ll always choose the Venetian when visiting
