While mechanical issues are understandable, the lack of communication was frustrating. There was no signage posted at the elevator banks to alert guests or direct them to the service stairs/alternative lifts. This led to a lot of confusion and long wait times in the lobby, which took away from the otherwise seamless "vibe" of the hotel.​ I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and superb staff. If they can improve their internal communication and guest signage during maintenance issues, it would easily be a five-star stay.
