“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our visit. They generously allowed us to store our luggage until 5:30 p.m. after check-out so we could spend the day doing research at the university library. Since the front desk is not staffed after 2:00 p.m., they clearly explained how to contact them. When we called, they immediately opened the door remotely so we could collect our luggage.
