Moderne Küchengeräte und genügende Ausstattung. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß zum Essen für zwei Personen. Kleines Manko: in den Fugen wächst einiges Unkraut. Der Balkon liegt bis zum Nachmittag im Schatten, was an heißen Sommertagen, wie wir sie hatten, sehr angenehm ist. Die FeWo liegt sehr nahe an der Zugstrecke nach Leipzig.
