“Very easy process to check in and out. Instant responses from the host. Cozy home was more room than squeezing into a hotel room and it saved us money! Location is perfect! Quick car ride to campus. Uber Eats deliveries were so quick too. ”

“The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college.……

“Megan was a fantastic host. She was extremely accommodating as the hockey game we went to watch moved their start time up, and we had to ask for an earlier check-in time. She generously said that was not a problem. Communication was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and convenient. Very close to downtown college and the stadium. Even gifted us a welcome bottle of wine. Would stay again!!!”
