"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."

Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back.
