Alles netjes schoon. Dame achter de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden iets eerder inchecken wat erg fijn……

“Nice hotel, excellent experience ”

“Goed voor een nacht”

“Breakfast is good. Atmosphere is relaxed.”

“Nice hotel”

“A very cute bontique hotel with wonderful staff. It was also very conveniently located.”

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”

“The back alley where the hotel is located, seems sketchy but was safe overall. Located close to subway station and 10 min walk to city centre, it’s a good place to stay for budget travellers.”

“Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, „cottage style“”

“The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent location, within walking distance to major attractions—very convenient. ”

“I request a higher floor , and hotel staff can also help us to bring the luggage to 1st floor for the lift. They are helpful . ”

“Facilities and staff are good, underground car park is safe and big, only the location is not excellent because the road to city centre looks not so safe.”
