“We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.”

“The chalet is spacious and practical with a magnificent view on the mountains. When we arrived the chalet was spotless. We enjoyed the fireplace and the very well-equipped kitchen. "The hotel design was beautiful and overall was clean. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient, they have a 5 star service. However, when I turned on the shower, 3 insects dropped from the shower head and completely shocked me. It was disgusting as they were dead. I wondered if the hotel staff forgot to close the balcony door and let in the insects. It gave me a good scare when they dropped. I wish the hotel could do a better job next time given that every other detail of this hotel was perfect. Also, one moth flew into my room during night and it disturbed my sleep. Given that there were no air conditioning, we had to open the balcony door for air, I wish the hotel could install window screening to prevent insects flying inside the room. "
