"The entire stay was very nice. Jenna and others at front desk were wonderful. It was Thanksgiving and very busy. I would like to share that they need more silverware in dininv area. People were complaining about plastic, juices ran out and hot round buffet choices were completely emptied and there was some wait time for them to be refilled. We didnt mind but got tired of hearing others complain. "
