Rainer hiking getaway
Cabin was very cute and cozy. Perfect location for entering the park and exploring

5/5 Excellent

A much-needed cozy getaway. The location is absolutely scenic and serene. Whether while enjoying morning coffee on the deck or lulling you to sleep, sounds of the creek behind the property are soothing. The space has everything needed, cookware, utensils, skillet, bbq grill, towels, Keurig, electric heaters, etc. Just bring your clothes, toothbrush, and food; you’re set! A few bundles of firewood would also be helpful (there’s a store down the street that sells firewood if you forget fyi). The property was clean and in good order. Smelled nice too (scent is something you can’t deduce from pictures and sometimes odors can pervade cabins, this did not have that issue :-) Pro or a con? You decide: no cell phone service or WiFi (well for me that is, I have AT&T, my partner has Verizon and actually had some reception). Be prepared with directions because while my phone’s Maps directed me there, it couldn’t lead me back out. I absolutely loved this stay and am looking forward to creating more memories there. Before we left, our return visit was already booked.

Quaint Cabin Near Mt. Rainier National Park
This cabin was a perfect basecamp for exploring Mt. Rainier National Park which was only 10 minutes away! I loved the rustic feel and ability to totally disconnect. I did not have cell phone service at the cabin and there is no WIFI, but that was the kind of trip I was looking for. I would highly recommend staying here!
