"We had an amazing stay at The Westin Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. The beach is stunning, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water( with sargassum, normal at this time of the year, but you can see beyond this) and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the restaurants served delicious food. The location is also very convenient, being only a short drive from the airport. The grounds are immaculate and create a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a getaway. The only small downside was that food and drinks can be a little pricey, but this is common for resort hotels. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Punta Cana."

"We have been waiting to come to this resort for over two years and sadly it was very disappointing. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately we found a dead cockroach in our room as soon as we entered it. There was also a small cockroach that crawled across our table at the Blind Butcher as soon as we sat down. It made us wonder what was in the kitchen. When we told one of the staff members the lady responded by saying "It's okay". No it's not okay. At most of the restaurants the waiting staff was unfortunately not good at all. We constantly had to ask for water and silverware. When asking waiters or bartenders for drinks we were given not such nice looks. We also asked for plain hamburgers and hot dogs due to a dairy allergy one day. We were given hot dogs with chilly and cheese all over them and a hamburger with mayo and mushrooms on it. They were not plain. It was very confusing to communicate to the staff members. Lastly, the food was very good but I wouldn't recommend eating any kind of red meat as it did not look or taste like usual red meat. The pool and lazy river and splash pad were great! We were really hoping to return to this resort but sadly will probably not."

"Our flight was canceled last minute and it was beginning to become dark out, being out of the country and now off our resort left us scrambling. We were able to book at this location for one night, 2 people. Nice hotel, hot water, clean beds, bottled water provided! We felt safe behind locked gate during our stay and was given great travel advice in the morning when checking out high recommended!"
