“From the moment we booked our trip, Daniela was very responsive to our questions and was a wonderful host throughout. The house was a perfect size for our family of six. Additionally, the house was very clean and well stocked with cookware, beach chairs, bicycles, toys and many other amenities. During the day, our kids loved playing on the trampoline and swing set in the yard and my wife and I enjoyed the spacious deck off the kitchen at the end of the day. Great restaurants, grocery……

“We never heard from the host. There was no check-In information on our reservation confirmation so I emailed, called multiple times over the week leading up to our trip with no response. They completely ghosted me and then I had to fight with VRBO to get my money back. Terrible experience.”
