There was ample space for our group of 12 to get together as well as have their own space and privacy. The rooms were much bigger than expected, the pictures really don't do it justice. There were also bicycles, parking and a huge kitchen with everything you need. The hot tub and fenced in yard were huge bonuses. The host was responsive and helpful from our arrival to checkout. "This property was just what we needed to be close to friends and family over the holidays. It is very spacious. The sofa and king bed were so comfortable. The host has many nice touches for guests, not the least of which were the Keurig with a nice assortment of coffee pods and an electric kettle for tea drinkers.
