It was a smaller resort, which I loved because everything felt so personal and welcoming. It never felt crowded or overly commercial. The food was another highlight. “Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and real sense of luxury. The pool and grounds are so tranquil and calm and everything is immaculate The staff are attentive and professional and the setting is beautiful with giraffe and zebra roaming around - so lovely. The restaurant is gorgeous. The only tiny bit of feedback is that the restaurant staff got things a bit confused for us and forgot some of the food and got the courses mixed up so the children got their main courses while the adults were……

We enjoyed a sundowner with Rhinos walking around us, and woke up to Lions roaring in the early morning, moments we'll never forget. “Accommodation is basic but clean and functional. We love all the outdoor pools both warm and cold as they are in pristine condition. The indoor hot pool is amazing at night. Good way to relax before bedtime. There is only one waterslide but it is fast and fun. Mini golf course is very challenging but great.”

“The rating when I booked this holiday had dropped by the time we got there and the holiday did not live up to my expectations. One bed side light was dodgy with its connection so we didn’t use it and the other one didn’t have a lead long enough to reach the socket! Asked on arrival for this to be fixed, 4 nights later no difference. Drink service whilst friendly was slow. Cold drinks are collected by the staff from a fridge not in the bar area.
