3 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit Overlooking Pond & Closest to Pools & Sports Club!!!

This beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is fully equipped! Sleeps 8 and has a smart tv in every room. The unit is ground level and overlooking a lovely pond. My favorite part about this unit is it is located adjacent to all the amenities which include outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, basketball net, and tennis courts. The large deck off the Master Bedroom & Living Room overlooks the pond and a great mountain view. If your are considering ski season, the Loon Mountain shuttle comes right to our parking lot so all you have to do is walk out the door and onto the shuttle. There is a baseball field, basketball court, and playground within walking distance of the entrance of Forest Ridge. There are many restaurants & Ice Cream Shops located within 1-3 miles of the condo. There are many things to visit or do while in Lincoln. We had a great stay at this condo super close to Loon, Ice Castles, and right next to the athletic center where our kids loved using the pool and hot tub! Would definitely go back!

Great Location!

Located right by the indoor and outdoor pool, the kids loved it! Lots of restaurants and activities very close by which was great! The place was very spacious and we all enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend!

We had a perfect stay! Condo was clean and had everything we needed, fit two families perfectly, so close to the community pool and so convenient for skiing at Loon! Lots of games were a bonus for game nights! Would definitely stay again!

Great location- loved the pool and view from our back deck. Very comfortable house- plenty of room. Enjoyed going to Polly’s Pancake Parlor, Lost River and finding Cascade Park a plus! Will certainly vacation here again

Great Family Ski Weekend

We had an excellent time staying at this condo during our family ski weekend. Conditions at Loon were excellent to make it even more enjoyable. Graziela was an excellent host and the condo was exactly as described. Having the shuttle to Loon and the fitness center so close by, made it that much more convenient. Will definitely stay there again, thank you.

Great communication with the owners prior to our stay. Condo was spotless! Absolutely loved the location both in Lincoln and the complex itself. We were all adults but if you have children this is the perfect place! Right next door to the pools, etc. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Wonderful vacation spot

First time renting this condo. We found it impeccably clean with a lovely NH decor. The view was so pretty, covered deck overlooking a pond. It was the closest condo to the pools, yet just far enough away to not be intrusive to the atmosphere. Our host family was awesome, happily answering our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, easy to find, and exactly as expected. The complex seemed safe and was just far enough from town that it was quiet, but still convenient. Woke up every morning to ducks on the pond.

Great place

2 couples stayed for 4 nights and we had TONS of room! The location was perfect, we had a bunch of things planned and everything was only 5-10 min drive away. Gym was great, we didn’t get to use pools as the weather wasnt warm enough but they looked clean and where good sized.

Family Ski Vacation

We loved staying at this condo. It was very clean and less than 5min. To Loon. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equiped with both a kureg and drip coffee maker. We walked to the indoor pool, and the grandkids enjoyed the many games. We would highly recommend this property!
