Perched atop a west-facing slope, Our newly-renovated, end unit townhouse offers spectacular views of Loon Mountain. Relax on the deck as you toast the sunset over Mt. Moosilauke or watch as skiers carve turns down Loon Mountain. This townhouse is perfect for families and couples alike. With easy access to the area's endless natural and man-made attractions, you'll never want to leave. The recreation facility is state-of-the-art with everything from swimming pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, workout room, tennis courts and game room. During ski season on weekends the shuttle buses pick us up right outside our door and drop us off at Loon Mountains front door. Summer or Winter, Spring or Fall, the region offers something for everyone.
For renters information, we do have one camera it focuses on the entrance to the townhouse and the parking area in front of our unit. It is the only camera that we have. We do not have any interior cameras.

Swim club cards and bus pass must be hung on the refrigerator when leaving so the next renter will have them. If they are not $25.00 will be charged.
No more than four adults allowed Unless owner approves Motorcycles are not allowed. Our cul-de-sac is not conducive to motorcycles or their trailers.
Only two cars allowed in the allotted parking spots even if there are empty spaces 1 additional car to be parked in the overflow lot with parking pass

Enjoyed the deck for AM coffee great views and the quick access to Lincoln, and the many trailheads and views along the Kancamagus. Great hosts as well!

Lovely appointed condo - very cozy yet lots of space to spread out. On a rainy day, you can still enjoy the mountains with excellent views from the living room. Perfect location for hiking locally. There's even a hike that begins within the complex. We used it as home base for hikes to Lonesome Lake, Aratruthsa Falls, the Basin and Cascade trail and a visit to the Flume.

Weekend getaway

The rental was exactly what we were looking for. The owner Jeff was very good with communication. You can’t beat the view of Loon Mountain! The pool and hot tubs were a great bonus.

Short family get away

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two older children (23 and 17). It was the perfect space for us! The views were nice and we all had a little privacy. It was central to the area attractions and hikes. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in here during a February ski vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook. The location was perfect for skiing at Loon Mountain and only 5 minutes from downtown Lincoln. Jeff was helpful and communicative and a perfect host. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property several years ago. We loved it then and now! Perfectly laid out and had everything we needed for the nights we ate in, and plenty of room around the table for family game night. The unit was very well stocked and clean, and check-in was a breeze. The kids always love having their own space in the loft, and the adults easily spread out between the main and lower levels. Plus, the location and views from the large deck were great!

Lovely. Amazing views. Great location. The condo/townhouse fit our needs perfectly. Jeff and Dorie responded to our questions quickly. Week of August 5-11

Our family enjoyed this lovely town home at Loon mountain. We took full advantage of the resort’s pools and the White mountains of New Hampshire and it’s attractions. The townhouse is clean and well-stocked with all we could desire. Jeff was available and assessable (we didn’t need anything) because everything was communicated well I advanced of our stay. The mattresses were above average, when combined with the mountain-air equals good nights sleep. We will return to this peaceful paradise again.

Wonderful Hosts/Great space

My family (wife, two kids). Had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old as they loved sleeping in the loft and having essentially 4 floor to play on. We were pleasantly surprised to see the two bedrooms were in their own spaces so we could mix up sleeping arrangements (if kids were distracted by each other). The view from the deck was fantastic. And above all the hosts were amazing! Checking in to see if we were all set and sent details about the property that left no guess work. These are very nice people!

We Always Have A Great Stay!

This is our.....fourth stay? at Jeff's place. We absolutely love it every time. If you haven't been yet, you'll be blown away by the views of Loon from North Peak all the way over to South Peak. The pictures posted do not do the actual view justice. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. A short 25 yard walk to the Bus stop gets you to the base lodge in about 5 minutes. We love it and can't wait to go back again. Thank you Jeff!
