“I just stayed in for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy.”

“Had booked a room with a pull out sofa bed for 5 people. When I arrived I was told that a pipe had burst in that room. No one had called to let me know or anything. The only solution was an air mattress. There was hardly space for the air mattress. Lots of noise from a nearby road.”

“Extremely disappointing stay and far below the standard we expected from Hilton. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and the majority of staff we encountered were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. At times, we felt completely gaslit when raising genuine concerns rather than listened to. We had to change rooms twice because the sinks were blocked in both rooms with dirty water. Our door also had trouble closing properly, and the lifts had issues where the doors wouldn’t open when they arrived……
