The rooftop view is amazing! Two rooms have a connecting patio area which was awesome to cool off that area. Apartment was exactly as advertised.

Alexander Apt. was perfect for our big family!True Lisboa feel, alot space move around, very clean & comfortable! The roof top view was amazing with the sunset of the neighborhood & river!!

Astounding Apartment in Lisbon

This property was the appropriate amount of space for an adult family of six. The roof top deck was beautiful day or night. The front entry is historical and grand. You enter the unit to an amazing stair case that is unique.

This apartment is unique with staircases and rooftop though a bit outdated. It has everything for staying away from home. There is a couple of mini markets nearby. The host was responsive; the instructions were clear and useful. There were some inconveniences though: the room with futon is actually not a separated room, the futon is places in the open space; the shower was not working properly, and there practically was no toilet paper. We needed to go and buy some.

Parent and young adult weekend in Lisbon

We rented this property to visit with our 21 year old and her friends. It was perfect! We had the primary bedroom and bathroom and they had the other two bedrooms and other bathroom. The roof deck is great - wonderful views! Kitchen is simple and perfect, nice big dining table. Know going in that you will walk up three flights of stairs total - this was clearly disclosed in the listing, i just want people to know that. The host is responsive and flexible!The Graca neighborhood is wonderful, within a 15 minute walk, there are lot a shops and restaurants, plus beautiful street art

Great stay other than AC

Great features of this apartment include location (long walk or short Uber to most sites) and a fantastic view from the rooftop deck, and a fun layout. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave (80s-90’s) and the single AC unit in the living room simply could not cool the place, making it difficult to sleep. One bedroom had no windows or other ventilation. I think had we been there during cooler weather we would have loved it.

séjour a Lisbonne du 13 au 20 avril 2025

séjour très bien au niveau visites . situation du logement très bien, desserte des transports en communs très bien.en ce qui concerne l'appartement , il est mentionné 4 chambres , ce n'est pas exact , il y a 3 chambres et un canapé dans le salon . une salle de bain avec toilettes n'est accessible qu'en traversant une chambre borgne. la deuxième salle de bains n'a qu'un lave main et non un lavabo.le flexible de douche est percé mais le propriétaire n'a rien fait pour le changerla propreté n'est pas au rendez vous, loin de làil n'y a aucun rideau aux fenêtres ce qui est un problème pour ceux qui dorment dans le sallon. la fermeture des cabines de douches est défectueusela baie vitrée qui donne sur la terrasse ne ferme pas,la vaisselle et les couverts sont justes en nombrele chauffe eau fuit il faut mettre un seau dessous , après contact avec le propriétaire , aucune suitepar contre merci au propriétaire de nous avoir permis de quitter les lieux qu'a 16h pour profiter au mieux car notre vol était a 20h30

Séjour très chaotique dans cette appartement: Je ne prends pas le propriétaire en tenaille car il est au courant de cette avis. - propriété plus que limite pour le sol, l’intérieur des placards de la cuisine, les joints des douches noires. - une personne coincée dans la salle d’eau plus de 20 minutes car ils ont bloqués la gâche avec du scotch.( nous nous sommes débrouillés pour lui ouvrir temps bien que mal, car aucune action pour nous aider des propriétaires. Q une fenêtre de cassée dans une des chambres impossible à fermer car les gonds sont morts. - sèche serviette cassée J’en passe et des meilleurs au vu du prix

Appartement bien situé à 15 mn à pieds de la station de metro la plus proche. Belle vue mer du salon et terrasse rooftop 👍. Manque des volets dans les chambres et dommage uniquement un lave mains dans la deuxième salle de bains. Par contre le barbecue très appréciable 😁.

Grosse Wohnung

Viel Platz für 7 Leute, beachte davon 2 auf der Schlafcouch im offenen Wohnbereich. Ein Badezimmer Zugang nur übers Schlafzimmer erreichbar . Bäder waren sauber , einige Silikonfugen waren mit Schimmel befallen und müssen dringend erneuert werden. Passwort fürs Wlan haben wir erst nach drei Tagen auf Nachfrage erhalten . Schöner grosser Tisch im Essbereich. Klimaanlage sehr gut. Wir haben nicht gekocht, Ausstattung war ok.

Localisation parfaite mais quelques améliorations à apporter

L appartement est très beau, parfaitement situé (forcément ça monte beaucoup !!). La terrasse du toit est géniale. Mais il faudrait revoir le système de climatisation bien trop insuffisant, mettre un tissu sur la tonnelle de la terrasse et prévoir des systèmes pour atténuer la lumière du soleil dans les chambres. Dernier point, il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle et pas du tout d'équipements (produits de nettoyage, aspirateur,...). Enfin, revoir le ménage...

Interessante Wohnung

Man wohnt mitten in einem lebendigen Viertel einer Großstadt, daher muss man mit Lärm rechnen. Der Wohnung fehlt ein bisschen Zuwendung, gerade wenn man den Preis betrachtet. Es gab einen(!) Bügel, kein Geschirrtuch, keine Kleiderhaken und auch keine Garderobe. Aussicht und Dachterrasse sind toll aber man muss auch gut zu fuss sein. Die Straße ist steil. Aber dort gibt es auch tolle Restaurants. Bei der Sauberkeit haperte es. Der Kühlschrank und der Wasserkocher waren nicht sauber, es war staubig und in der Dusche war Schimmel. In einem Schlafzimmer hing der Schalter aus der Wand und nicht alle Lampen funktionierten.
