“Brenda was a wonderful host. Hidden gem can be found in Rocky Retreat. Ambling Brook and beautiful song birds were the perfect accompaniment to the Adirondack wood style accommodations.”

“This lovely little cabin was so much more than we expected. It’s a small footprint, but efficiently laid out with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was easy to contact. The little touches like locally made soaps and fully stocked kitchen (even the stuff to make s’mores) was the gold standard for rentals. We were not there very long, but did get to walk to the creek and spend a little time by the small pond listening to the tree frogs. One thing……

“The house was good, Did have to go buy paper towels and firewood. They did provide firewood but you need a log splitter. The paddle boat had a big leak in it.”

“We stayed here for a perfect fall getaway. A little hard to find in the dark, so I'd recommend getting there before dark. Other than that it was in a peaceful setting, quiet out of the way place we'd definitely stay at again. ”
