“the room was not clean. the pillowcases were filthy. there was not a bug net as shown in property photos, i woke covered in bug bites from head to toe. i love dogs! but that doesn’t mean i want them barking from the porch of my cabin while i am trying to sleep. all that said, the staff members were kind and accommodating! ”

“It’s a good place for one night but lacks amenities and no restaurants close by. Staff is super helpful though. I did not like that they charged exorbitantly for water and coffee pods. Otherwise, room is clean and comfortable. We only stayed there the night before heading back home. ”

“Such a nice, clean property, central location (right across the street from Chon Saan Palace) walking distance from a lot of places in the city. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!”

“Great host and location in a renovated historic house. Felt safe walking to the nearby restaurant even after dark. The water taxi terminal was nearby as well. Cocktail hour is on Friday and Saturday so don't miss that if you're there. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again.”

“The water didn’t work no way to shower or brush teeth wasn’t told until we arrived but made the best of it the man who stays on the property was helpful and did his best to make sure we had what we needed but again no running water is a big deal ”
