The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and has a dining area. Outside there is furniture, sun loungers and a parasol to relax by the private swimming pool, enjoying unbeatable views of the mountains.

Ses Palmeres is an ideal place for families, just a 10-minute drive from Arenal, Mallorca's most famous tourist area. Just a few kilometres away you will also find some of the best beaches and coves of the island. All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the guests with the necessary fans.
