“One Epic Stay was definitely the perfect place to stay for our girls getaway! From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy furnishings, spacious rooms and thoughtful decor, every detail was accounted for. We truly wanted for nothing. The location of the home is perfect - we walked everywhere! When we didn’t feel like walking, we had a blast riding the golf cart around town. As TVD and Sweet Magnolias fans, I know we’ll be back to visit Covington again and One Epic Stay is the only place we’re……

“We ended up getting properties switched due to issues in the houses, but the one we ended up with we absolutely loved!! Very close to Covington Square. Our hostess stayed in touch regularly and was very helpful. Sweet Magnolias was filming there during our visit so we fell in love with the area even more! Everyone is nice! ”

“It was one of the worst VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. First, the air conditioner only worked downstairs and was extremely loud so me and my daughter slept upstairs sweating all night. There was no Wi-Fi we had to kill several bugs. There’s damage to the apartment covered by pictures on the floor. My daughter felt uncomfortable so we slept in the same bed because she was scared and she’s 14 and loves her privacy. There was no Wi-Fi instructions but detailed instructions on not to flush the downstairs……
