“They claim rest and relaxation and “an experience that exceeds your expectations“. We check in at 1pm and go to our to put on swimsuits. Flush toilet and it starts running over with standing water on the floor. We call maintenance, sit there wait 20-30 minutes without show. We go to pool because missing out on our day. At 6pm we go to room and toilet is fixed but no one cleaned up the water! Call housekeeping. At 10pm as we’re getting in the bed the fire alarm goes off and we are told to……
