Lovely hotel with really helpful, friendly staff. It’s our second time staying here. We ate in the attached restaurant and the food was amazing and prices very reasonable. Would recommend

Location is spot on, easy to locate. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Access to onsite free parking. My room was on the 2nd floor of which I don't fancy upstairs under any circumstances. The room was kept clean and tidy but the smell put me off-Antique. I was totally turned off by the internet signal which is way below par. You need to go there with your internet or data. The complimentary breakfast was totally uninviting I only gave the BnB a 3 star mainly because it is very close to where I intended to be and all means of transportion were very easy and nearby.

Basic, but comfortable accommodation. Noisy location if in rooms front of the building as it's a busy main road, and part of a popular Indian restaurant and bar. However if the windows are kept closed, the sound is tolerable. A fan kept the heat down and much appreciated.

A genuine hidden gem in Mitcham I stayed here while attending a nearby wedding, and it proved to be an excellent choice. It was the closest accommodation to the venue and around 30% cheaper than the familiar budget hotel chains. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a very good shower, making it ideal for an overnight stop. The tram stop is only about 150 metres away, so getting around is straightforward. The visit to the bar and restaurant was completely unplanned, but I am very glad i went. The seafood soup and sweet and sour chicken were both superb, and a pint of Madri was a very reasonable £5.70, especially for London. There is no lift, but the walk upstairs helped burn off a few of the calories from dinner! Would I stay again? Definitely. Clean, convenient, great value, friendly and with surprisingly good food. The Casuarina Tree is a genuine hidden gem.

Excellent Staff

Very clean and well proportioned room. Only issue was shower not draining properly, staff were aware and plumber is due to fix. Disappointed the EV Charger was not operational 😕. Excellent staff, ample parking and great bar. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend if you are looking for accommodations in the area
