This well-designed ground floor studio offers a quiet and comfortable base in the heart of Mayfair, just moments from Park Lane and Hyde Park. Compact yet thoughtfully laid out, it’s ideal for solo travellers or couples looking for a practical and cosy space in a prime London location.  
The studio features a combined living and sleeping area, a modern kitchen equipped with all the essentials, and a private bathroom. With large windows letting in natural light, the space feels open and welcoming.  
Enjoy the convenience of heated flooring, air conditioning, a washer, and a smart TV, all within easy reach. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, this studio is a great spot to unwind while staying close to everything central London has to offer.

We offer a Meet & Greet check-in process. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process sent to your email after your booking is confirmed.   
  
This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.  
  
Once your ID is verified, you must let us know your arrival time so we can arrange your check-in with a staff member.

Great location. Host was responsive. We stayed for 7 days and would expect a few more minor items - sugar for coffee, few bottles of water, more toilet paper. Also, the could is unusable as it is so uncomfortable.
