Heart of Soho!!! Easy to get ANYWHERE!!! Apartment was laid out nicely for the two of us. Was not the one we thought we reserved however as we wanted the lofted area but was still great. Living/dinning/kitchen area was spacious and big. Kitchen area had all we needed. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was large. The clear glass window to the hallway in bedroom was a bit startling but as a married couple was not an issue. Key/code system was easy to navigate and they communicated via email in timely manner. Few things that would have made it better: more hooks for towels in bathroom (this is always an issue in hotels and resorts though I feel (towel warmer was a fun feature though), the air/heat was a bit confusing to navigate but figured it out, floor felt like it needed a better sweep/mop on arrival but everything else was very clean. Also wasn’t sure how to take trash out so felt bad we left so much for cleaning crew. I would book again.

Honestly I’m very upset. Booked originally another location because it was closer to where I needed to go. They moved me last minute to another area in an extremely busy corner. There was noise from street all night long and didn’t sleep for my entire stay. Now they are refusing to compensate me. They put me in a further location which I spent more in cabs and didn’t sleep which resulted in my not having energy to visit city during the day. Really it ruined my vacation!!! I am extremely upset. I hope that you can help to get us some compensation.

Great location near subways, tons of restaurants and bar and 10-15 minutes walk from a few museums and attractions. It was clean. Space is smaller than it appears on photos. For my check in I had to contact them. They did not contact me. So that's a bit annoying. The deposit refund, I'm also chasing. The bed was alright, the pillows were rocks and the bathoom pocket door in our unit did open 2/3 of the way. It's severely scratched from something in the wall.

Only problem was with the administration. I had to chase them for the details about getting into the property. On arrival we put our valuables in the safe using the code we were given it immediately locked and we were not able to open it. Four phone calls and a week later until it was fixed. This is a fabulous location in the middle of soho surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars. We were able to walk all over London from this convenient flat. Despite the area being very busy in the evenings the flat was quiet and we had no problem sleeping

Great Soho Apt

Great central Soho location. Apartment is very well proportioned, feels open and spacious even though it isn’t massive. Cannot fault the cleanliness or the comms. Looking forward to returning for many more work trips!

Property is tiny compared to the look in pictures. I had to stand on chairs to be able to reach glasses. There’s 4 flights of steep stairs to climb, I hope you travel light. No tea/coffee or cleaning products provided. I’ve now been waiting 17 DAYS for the £500 to be returned and I’ve just been told I need to wait another 5-7 days due to weekends! I would NOT recommend booking here

Fabulous Apartment with everything you need for a city break stay. Excellent location in the heart of Soho close to theatres and quirky shops. One disadvantage is that there is no light in this property.

Soho stay

The apartment and its location were excellent. The only issues were that I wasn’t aware that it was only serviced if you stay 5 days or longer. Not a problem except that meant no fresh towels until I phoned and asked for some. There is a washing machine though. Also the shower didn’t drain properly. I would however definitely stay there again.

Great apartment - check in staff need training.

The apartment was great. Very comfortable and perfectly situated. My only issue was the system to get check in details. I had to chase on the day of my arrival, no-i=one responded to my email. I then called to be told I had already been sent my check in details. When I advise them I had not received them, it took an age for them to work out the issue and resend. It could have been so simple if they had only resent the original details without me being questioned and being told I already had the details when it was obvious I had not.

Excellent apartment in vibrant and noisy location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Q Soho. There is not any management on site but their communication and directions were excellent. I had one small problem with the safe and once I contacted the management team, who were very helpful, it was promptly addressed. The apartment is a perfectly located for exploring London. So many major tourist sites are within walking distance. The area is vibrant and busy with many restaurants and bars. Just be prepared for noise as the area is busy and there is quite a lot of noise at night. If you are a light sleeper the apartment may not be ideal for you. The apartment is well laid out with a compact kitchen and washer. The adjacent bedroom was comfortable with a compact but well laid out ensuite, There was not a balcony or patio as mentioned on this website. I think that this may be an error on this wedsite as I doubt that any apartment have them. I would certainly stay here again if I was in London.
