"The new rooms are excellent, the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a while, even though works are ongoing they didn't disturb me at all, I have to say for bed comfort they beat their rivals ' pr...er by a mile, best nights sleep in a very long time, I stayed there when it was a Raddison and they've improved on that. Very satisfied, apart from the awful coffee sachets in the room tasted a bit like H..py Sh...er."

"Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"
