"We were in town for the Pilgrimage for 4 days. We felt this property needs an upgrade/redecorate/refresh. It feels run down and not very clean in some areas - worn furniture, walls are dirty and dinged up. The room itself felt worn out. It wasn't clean in some areas. Major inconvenience - NO USB ports anywhere. My friend's room did have one in the lamp base but mine did not. I had a river view which was nice but windows were dirty. Didn't have maid service at all the first day and the next two days someone came in and all they did was empty the trash cans! Didn't make the bed and didn't replenish my coffee pods which was very annoying the next morning. Property feels old and worn out. "

"Room was clean, ac worked, staff were really nice. Free breakfast and dinner were offered, which was unexpected. The area was a little sketch, but I was fine."

"Hotel was “closed” at 8pm with a call button if you come later. Very dirty, smoky rooms and looks like people staying long term as there were bbq grills on the balcony. We tried to get a refund and they would not allow it even though we had reserved online a couple hours prior to trying to check in."
