"The hotel is an older property, but has been very well maintained. The staff were ultra-friendly!! The room was nice and airy, and (surprisingly) really bright. Most hotels don’t have enough lighting in their rooms, but this room was awesome!! The room was very clean, the beds were really comfortable. The pillows were lumpy, but overall everything in the room was great. The breakfast was too-notch. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in town."

"Other than the smoke from the casino in the lobby, the stay was very nice. The smoke was really bad during the evening, but not so in the morning."

"This place is terrible. The room was dirty. It smelled like musty, mildew, and mold. There was mold or mildew on the closet door. The lock on the front door was loose. Screws are falling out. The floors were dirty like they’ve never been vacuumed. The lamps were broken, rusted, and falling apart. Everything about this place was disgusting. Do not go here. We unfortunately had to stay. It was late at night. I have a toddler and there were no other options. We slept on top of the covers and left early in the morning. Save your money. Do not stay at this place. It is terrible."

"Vicksburg is all about the Civil War and you couldn’t ask for a better place than the Inn at Cedar Grove. Meals were excellent and the Staff were attentive. The Inn could use further renovations but not a huge issue given its age and use. Lots of history within the Inn itself. "
